kul9 Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

All services and activities provided on the kul9 platform are governed by these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always be published on this page. The Terms in effect at the time you access the platform are the version published at that moment.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The kul9 website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" — Any person who has registered on or is using this platform.
• "Account" — The user's registered personal account through which services are accessed.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Taka" or "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used on this platform.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. If any conflict arises with a translation, the Bengali version shall take precedence. In the event of a dispute over the interpretation of any clause, kul9's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

A valid account must be created in order to use the platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. kul9 reserves the right to immediately close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses collected will be considered void.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kul9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

This platform is for individuals aged 21 or above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any service. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

3.1 Other Eligibility Requirements

• You must place bets in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You may not use the platform from any country or region where receiving services from us is prohibited by law.
• Professional gamblers or members of betting syndicates may not use this platform.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on kul9 via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• To request a withdrawal, your account must hold a minimum balance of ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent through the same method used for the original deposit.
• If the wagering requirement on a bonus has not been met, funds from that bonus cannot be withdrawn.
• kul9 reserves the right to delay or suspend the withdrawal process in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

kul9 follows a strict policy against money laundering and any criminal activity related to financing. If suspicious financial activity is detected on any account, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities and suspend the account.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement: 15x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus is applicable only once per user.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from a bonus balance — they can only be used for betting activity.
• The list of games to which the bonus applies will be stated in the details of the relevant offer.

5.3 VIP Program

kul9's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on consistent activity and loyal behaviour.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If any user abuses the bonus system (for example, using bonuses only for favourable outcomes, or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts), the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact us via live chat or email. An opportunity will be given to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed; however, bonus balances will be cancelled if the wagering requirement has not been met.

10.2 Closure by kul9

kul9 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Being confirmed as a minor.
• Direction from authorities or legal obligations.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.

11.1 Complaints Process

• First step: Inform us of the matter via live chat or email.
• We will review your complaint within 48 hours.
• For complex matters, resolution may take additional time.
• In all disputes, kul9's system records will be considered the final evidence.

11.2 Disputes Regarding Game Results

If a dispute arises due to a technical error in a game, the result of that round may be cancelled and the bet amount may be refunded. However, kul9 is not responsible for issues caused by internet connection disruptions.

12 Changes and Updates to Terms

kul9 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their account or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
